IMPORTANT UPDATES TO THIS YEAR’S REGISTRATION PROCESS: PLEASE READ!

Registration is now a two-part system; first beginning with USA Rugby, then by registering with the Cardinals.

Each player must complete an annual registration with USA Rugby, which expires August 31 every year. The fee is $65.00 and is paid directly to USA Rugby. It is independent of club registration. No athlete will be permitted to participate in matches or tournaments without being registered with USA Rugby as a Charlotte Cardinal.

For USA Rugby Registration, athletes will fall into one of three categories:

1. New Player or USA Renewal – Those who are trying rugby for the first time, or those who have not played rugby since the conclusion of last Spring season. For instructions: https://usa.rugby/videos/watch/524fcb56-40ed-4651-a067-64df3c563e9d

2. Transfers – Those who have participated in Fall 7s Rugby, Winter Single School Rugby, or Youth Winter League Rugby for an organization other than the Cardinals and who are registered with the previous team. Learn more here.

3. Current – Those who may have participated in Fall or Winter Rugby, and are registered with USA Rugby as a Cardinal. Check your status by logging into Rugby Xplorer: https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au

After you’re registered as with USA Rugby, you must then complete the Cardinals Registration through teamsnap for the appropriate age division, available further down on this page.

You will need your USA Rugby Membership number as well as medical insurance information in order to complete the process.
