New Player or USA Rugby Renewal

• Go to https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au

• Enter in your personal email

• You may see "You don't have a Rugby ID" Don't worry. Once you enter more information, the system will be able to pair you with your imported file. If you've never created a profile with USA Rugby, you will do so at this point.

• Select 'Sign Me Up' and you will be redirected to enter in your personal details.

• MAKE SURE that USAR National is selected and NOT Rugby Australia. 

• If you see "we have found some profiles that might be you" Select your profile and click continue.

• You will be redirected to the Rugby Xplorer profile home page.

• Once logged in, select REGISTER

• Click PARTICIPATE (Players and coaches only, please. REGISTRATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR PARENT VOLUNTEERS) 

• Select your USA ID on the next page

• Search and select CHARLOTTE CARDINALS RUGBY

• Follow the prompts and CLICK PURCHASE 

• BE SURE TO RECORD YOUR USA RUGBY ID. YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO INPUT THIS INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION WITH CHARLOTTE CARDINALS RUGBY CLUB.

USA RUGBY MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER

• Login to your Rugby Xplorer account using https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au

• Go to ‘Register’

• Select your name and search for CHARLOTTE CARDINALS RUGBY

• The system will block registration at this point and issue notifications to the club you are transferring from and NCYRU for approval. (This process can take a week or more.)

• Once approved, you will receive an email notification confirming the transfer has been approved

• YOU MUST GO BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND COMPLETE REGISTRATION WITH CHARLOTTE CARDINALS RUGBY FOR THE TRANSFER TO BE COMPLETE.

• BE SURE TO RECORD YOUR USA RUGBY ID. YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO INPUT THIS INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION WITH CHARLOTTE CARDINALS RUGBY CLUB.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: All players with other clubs MUST complete the USA Rugby Transfer in order to be eligible to play in tournaments & matches.

CURRENT USA RUGBY MEMBERSHIP

• To confirm your membership status with USA Rugby as a Charlotte Cardinal, login to Rugby Xplorer at https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au using the credentials you set up.

• Once logged in, verify that your information is correct: Name, address, DOB, and emergency contact information.

• At the banner at the top, you will see your name followed by “USA ID xxxxx”

• Ensure your current status is with CHARLOTTE CARDINALS RUGBY. 

• If your status is with a different club, you MUST request a transfer. 

• BE SURE TO RECORD YOUR USA RUGBY ID. YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO INPUT THIS INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION WITH CHARLOTTE CARDINALS RUGBY CLUB.
