Our Cardinal Cup competition is a great way to build camaraderie, improve skills, and foster a healthy sense of competition within our club. The Cardinal Cup competition divides the club team into four smaller groups we call houses. These houses include:
Irish | Magnum | Silverbacks | Pegasus
During Cardinal Cup there are a series of challenges or drills based on skills, strategies, or fitness levels.
Challenges: These can vary widely depending on the sport. For example:
Skill Drills: Passing accuracy, shooting practice, or technical drills.
Fitness Races: Timed sprints, endurance runs, or obstacle courses.
Mini Matches: Short scrimmages or tactical scenarios.
Scoring System: A points system is established to track performance in each challenge. Points can be awarded for wins, team support, community service or improvements.
