The Charlotte Cardinals Rugby Club was founded in 2021 by a group of like-minded rugby coaches and parents  Our coaching team combined has a lifetime of top-level coaching and playing experience under their belts - most are former rugby players themselves.  Our club provides coaching and learning skills for youth, from elementary through high school, and to learn the values and life lessons the rugby game teaches in Charlotte, NC and its surrounding areas.

The Cardinals promise that each player will have fun first and foremost. We want all of our team mates to love being a Cardinal and LOVE rugby, and that starts with us all having a good time, from players, to coaches to all our amazing volunteers. 

Memories

What's the point of being a part of our Community, or any program for that matter if you aren't making memories and friendships which will last a lifetime? At the Cardinals, EVERYONE plays and plays a lot. This way, everyone has a memory to share on social media, or with mom, dad, brother, sister or friends and family.

Improvement

At the Cardinals we absolutely promise to do everything we can to help you be the best rugby player and team mate you can be - both on and off the field. Our coaches work tirelessly each offseason working on gameplans, new structures and drills to help you reach your best self.
